Advanced Order Management
What is this?
The Advanced Orders upgrade allows you to manually add products onto an existing Order and manage using the CMS. For example Transfer or Car Hire could be added onto a customer’s Order. Notes can also be added against each product to indicate any supplier specific details.

Affiliates
What does this mean?
Every one of our websites has the option of creating affiliates sites. An affiliate site is a duplicate of your website whereby you are able to use a different logo and a different telephone number to your own. The content will remain the same however you may set different rules and commissions per site.
Why would I want to use this tool?
By taking advantage of this great marketing tool you are giving your business a higher chance of selling more products. The more affiliate sites that you have then the more likely you are to attract traffic to yourself.

Agents
What is this?
The agent system is a more advanced affiliate system that allows you to control how products are sold and paid for with your website(s).
How does this work?
Your agents will have their own login details in which they will be able to purchase products on your site and perhaps pay for them by invoice at a later date. Alternatively your agents are able to sell your products on your behalf with receipt of a commission that you decide your agents can either pay by invoice, use a credit limit or a pre pay service.

Airline Grid
What is this?
A grid to display the flight results by airline name and logo, as well as displaying the direct and indirect flights.
How does this work?
With this grid the search results can be selected by using this very clear filter system. The customer can select the logo of the particular airlines in which they wish to fly with, or if they wish to fly with a low cost operator. Furthermore, the customer may wish to view only one stop flights, or flights which will touch down, stop, change etc. With this airline grid they can do all of these things to help them choose their selection.

Basket System
What is this?
Our new basket viewing system allows you to view your shopping cart at the left margin of your screen from the moment you confirm your products. You can change items in your basket at any time and also view the total cost as you add new items. This is a great way of viewing your product selection and monitoring the total cost.

Basket Viewing
What is this?
Not every customer who visits your website will decide to purchase the product that they will be looking at and may leave your site without any transaction at all. However, this does not mean that they are a lost customer as the basket viewing tool will store this customer’s information if they have gone as far as the basket stage, giving you the opportunity to contact the customer.
How does this work?
Our CMS systems have an organised order management section in place whereby all orders made on your site will store. There will also be a filter so as you can view ‘baskets only’ for the orders that were taken to the basket and not followed through. IN order for a customer to reach the basket stage on your website they will need to provide their name, email address and telephone number; thus giving you the right materials to contact this customer and offer a solution to their holiday needs.

Basic CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
What is this?
This system will capture all email addresses which are left on your website when a customer signs up to your newsletter. You then have the ability to download an Excel spread sheet of these addresses as they collate into one database allowing you to send a vast mail-out to your contacts in one go.

Basic Offers - User Generated
What are they?
When a search is carried out on your site, the results of this search are cached into a live search box. These results will then begin a live search with the same criteria when clicked on. This way you will always have live offers populating your offer boxes!
How does this work?
These offer boxes are designed to populate automatically with the according search type. As you select in your CMS whether you would like flight results, or accommodation results or perhaps package holiday results to store in the boxes the searches will record in that way. By carrying out a flight only search, your flight only offer box will store the cheapest result which will advertise the offer to the next visitors of the website.
Furthermore, you can control which results or destinations are cached in each box by creating filters in the CMS!

Bed-Banks & Inventory Management
What is this?
This is a functionality that we have created in order for you to sell your own stock online. You are able to use multiple suppliers and as many hotels as you like. The bed bank allows you to decide how much your products are sold for as you are able to create individual mark ups for each item. You also have the option to filter your mark ups for separate date margins.
Furthermore, as per the member accounts of your CMS you have the option to create security models and logins for yourself and staff to access the bed bank.
How does it work?
Once logged in to your bed bank you will be presented with five stages which indicate the level of information that has been entered. You will be able to add the name of your hotel and its’ destination with as detailed description as you like. The bed bank also allows you to include geo data as you can input information such as the longitude and latitude as well as property information such as facilities, amenities, interests and extras. By having the bed bank facility for your website you have the ability to input all of your own stock of hotels that you have contracted directly with the suppliers.

What does this mean?
Have an account with Blogger.com? Then we will integrate this for you in to your website! With this option every time you update your blog it will stream on your website, no need to update twice. If you do not have an account, then it is free to set one up.

It is always advantageous to keep your customers up to date with what is happening with not only your website but your company. It is a great promotional tool in which you can write about latest offers, updates and additions. Bookable Offers
What does this mean?
Bookable offers is tool that allows you to create completely custom offers (as per the custom offers) however these can be online bookable as well as enquiry only.
Why would I need this for my website?
This is a fantastic option to have available as you are able to create any special offer that you wish, which your customer can then view, select and book on the website. You have the freedom to decide the destinations, costs, dates and even select certain resorts, flight information and images. Furthermore, you can set the amount of offers that are sold, for example you may create an offer and then select the allocation.

Channel Builder
What is a channel?
Channels are in essence several ‘micro-sites’ or additional homepages which you can use for your site.
A channel determines how your website content and products are displayed and then sold. Our CMS system allows you to create numerous sales channels in order to organise your content, allowing your customers to browse freely around your website and access the information that they want directly. Channels allow you the opportunity to manage content and products by essentially filing your pages within relevant folders.
What benefits does the Channel Builder offer?
Using the channels could not be easier, for you to create and for your customers to use. For example; you may want to have a ‘destinations’ channel, you could then have your ‘Destinations’ tab in your navigation bar and then add a series of pages within this tab - as many as you like! This means that you organise and promote your specific areas which you wish to see.

Comprehensive Rules Management
What does this mean?
This service allows you to take complete control of all of the price tags for your products! You can mark prices up or down, set different prices for different dates, on-peak or off-peak times. You are able to mark up in bulk for suppliers or individually, or different search types, or you may want to discount by a percentage or a value.
When creating your rules you may apply your rules to particular search types and further, specific individual suppliers and operators. Not only that, you may set your rules to departure dates, booking dates and specific routes. The customer will only see the total price on the results page.
Furthermore, you have the ability to set a priority against your rules, this way if you choose to have more than rule against one supplier you can choose which rule comes in to affect first!
How will this benefit me?
With our Rules Management tool you have the freedom to control the costs of all of the products sold on your website and change them any time you wish, therefore you have the ability to rival with your competitors and ensure that you always make a profit on every sale.

Comprehensive Supplier Management
What is this?
You have the choice of which suppliers you utilise on your website. You are also able to control all elements of your suppliers including deposits, meals, baggage and logos that are displayed. With the suppliers and operators section of the CMS you are able to amend what is pulled through via the supplier for example the deposit. You may override the deposit amount that the supplier offers or in fact create a deposit where they are not available.
This system gives you the option to upload the supplier’s terms and conditions as a downloadable PDF for your customers.
Furthermore, you are able to decide whether you wish to include extras such as meals and baggage within the flight, holiday or if you wish to sell it as an optional extra-making your flight prices appear cheaper.
Another option that you can edit in this section is the logos that are displayed on the search results for these suppliers. For example, if your company is ATOL protected you can choose to show this logo on the supplier, you can also include an SFC (Supplier Failure Cover) logo. The cost for this will be included within the overall mark up of the supplier.
How does this benefit me?
By adjusting these details you are more likely to eliminate your competitors. For example, by making use of the logo replacement for low cost airlines, this can eliminate price comparison. As the viewer will not see the airline operator (only that it is a low cost airline) they are far less likely to book direct with the supplier.

Custom Email Notifications
This is a great tool that allows you to upsell your products to existing customers. Once your customer has booked their holiday or flight for example, the custom email will notify the customer as a reminder of the products that they have purchased. Furthermore, this email will remind the customer that they have items which have not been purchased, for example extra baggage, insurance or transfers.

What are these?

How can I use this feature?
The news feeds are created wholly by yourself, and so you are able to add any news item that you wish. Perhaps you would like to keep your customers updated with flight information during a situation such as the ash cloud crisis-with the news feeds you can. Once you have created the news articles you can select which page(s) you would like them to display and how long for.

Custom Offers
What are they?
Custom or special offers as they are also referred to allow you to create any offer that you like via the CMS tool. By creating the offer yourself you are able to select the destination, the price, the images and any additional information that you wish to include, giving you a fully customised offer!
How does it work?
The offer that you create will be for *enquiry only and therefore any customer that wishes to book your offer will submit their ‘enquiry’ via the provided online form. You will then need to process this order manually with your suppliers.

What is this?
Customer Relationship Management systems (CRMs) is a clever tool that documents information for your customers into a profile. The system will remember aspects of each customer and organise all new actions and information into their folder/profile. You will be able to view how many bookings each customer has made, all of their contact information, actions on your website and store notes for each profile. You are able to store information such as passport numbers, related family members view all previous actions on your website.

What is this?

The enquiry viewer is essentially a short cut tool that allows you to efficiently receive a large amount of information from your customer at the click of a button without having to ask for any information at all! This time saving tool eliminates a huge amount of unnecessary admin.
How does this work?
Every search carried out on your website will automatically produce a unique reference number for that search; displayed as ‘Web Ref’ on the site. By typing in this reference number to your enquiry viewer you are able to view the exact search that was carried out by your customer, and even take over the screen so as you can see their results. This is a fantastic alternative to your standard customer enquiry service whereby you would need to request the dates, times, origins and destinations etc. from your customer.

Member Accounts
What are these?
It is up to you who may have access to your CMS and so we have given you the control to create your team members accounts and also control their level of security and access. You may add as members as you like.
Why is this useful?
When you create a new member you are given the option to select a username and password for them, you will then select what their role will be within your system. For example; you could have a content editor-a team member to edit pages on your site, images and text, or perhaps you have a sales staff who would like to process orders this is possible and automatically this would restrict them from viewing delicate information such as card details. Our CMS system allows you to keep control of all access and security for your content and information.

Membership System
What is this?
The membership system will in essence customise your site for the relevant customer. Once a member signs in, the system will remember the previous searches and default the search box to for example the favourite airport origin or destination selected previously. It will remember details such as the passport number of the customer and favourite searches. Furthermore, the member will be able to create their own hotlists.
Why is this useful?
The membership system is controlled by the CRM (Customer Relationship Manager). This is the system which will capture customer information in order to personalise the member’s use of your site.

Multi-Currency
How does this work?
This function allows products on your website to be paid for in several currencies for example Euros, or Dollars etc.
How would this benefit my business?
This function gives your customers more options, thus giving you a broader audience. By having this available on your site you will be able to sell products to customers that are not in the same country as you are selling from.

Multi-lingual
What does this mean?
We have two options available to you in order to translate the content of your website to various different languages to accommodate the needs of all visitors to your website.
Google translate is a tool in which we can integrate to your website so as when viewing a page, there will be an option to select a language from the dropdown menu displaying various options of languages. Once selecting the chosen language the page content will be translated into that language.

Order Management
One of the most vital parts of our CMS is the Order Management, where you can see, edit and "dead" all the orders through your website. There's notes for internal staff (as well as history), passenger details as well as the ability to confirm each individual product purchased. Payment details are also stored but encrypted with password protection. If you have the Affiliate Module, you can also see where each order has come from too!

Price Grid
What is this?
A grid to display the various price ranges from low to high in order to give your customers the option of selecting their own price range.
How will this benefit my customers?
When your customer is shopping online they will want the ability to enter their own price margins as well as their search criteria. Our new price grid allows the customer to do this. On the search results page there is an option to select from the various price ranges listed so as they can view the results that are tailored to their own price range.

RSS Feeds
What is this?
RSS feeds, or ‘really simple syndicator’ is a stripped down version of information, it is the raw data without including styles and images. The important information is streamed without any of the data that is not essentially needed in order to simplify and speed up the streaming.

Search Engine Friendly
What is this?
In the site settings of your CMS you have the option of adding your Meta description and Meta keywords. Moreover, each page of the site allows you to create more keywords. These words aid your site in terms of Search Engine Optimisation. These words are used as ;’tags’ for top search engine’s to pick up on.
The more keywords that your site has then the more chance you have of reaching higher in the search engine rankings. As you can specify these words per page, you have the ability of creating as many unique descriptions for your pages as you wish.

What is this and why would I need it?
Social bookmarking is a hugely popular and up to date method of promotion and marketing. In order to launch your website to the public it is important to have the right tools. By marketing your website through social media sites you are able to reach a mass audience quickly and for free! We will integrate your social network accounts for example Facebook, twitter and MySpace etc. so as visitors are able to ‘like’ your page or ‘follow’ you on Twitter. This means that you are able to update your customers and website visitors with latest news and advertise your site on your social media pages.

Tour-Bank
The tour bank is a dynamic packaging product that allows you to create a completely custom tour or cruise. A tour can consist of as many stages as you like from a combination of Flights, Hotels, Transfers and Activities. The flights can either consist of static data held within the tour bank or can be dynamically packaged with a live flight, taken from an XML feed from the supplier, each time a search is done. If you are also using our bedbank system, this can also be dynamically packaged.
The tour bank can be used as a standalone product, without additional feeds or banks as each 'stage' of a tour can have static data added without having to enter a separate system. Each stage has a media section allowing the uploading of images for each stage which complements the individual description to provide a very clear overview of a tour when viewed on the website.
The tour bank also supports upgrade paths at each stage so the potential customers can upgrade their flight or cabin class, hotel room or even add additional activities providing there is time within the tour!

Travel Documents
What is this?
The Travel Documents upgrade allows you to email out the customer’s Order, including any products manually created, as an E-Ticket PDF. You can setup default "Notes" against each Supplier which will be automatically copied to the customer’s travel document.
How will this benefit my website?
You can globally customize the Travel Documents to combine all products into 1 email & PDF, or set them to be sent out individually. The Travel documents include your site logo, email, phone number, covering note and thank you note – all of which can be edited through the CMS. The Travel Documents are also fully compatible with the Affiliate System.
As an additional upgrade, the Order Management section of the CMS indicates which Orders have had their Travel Documents sent, and also includes an option to resend.
